Small corporate and executive meetings and even training classes can lead to big ideas at Hyatt Place. We’ve designed a different kind of hotel to help you bring people together in fresh ways. Our all-inclusive meeting package provides convenience while adding style and service to your meeting.

Hyatt Place Chesapeake/Greenbrier offers several unique meeting spaces in addition to the Guest Kitchen and outdoor pool patio. The Sunroom is 215 square feet and can accommodate 15/conference style or 20/theater style.

Meeting Room I is 361 square feet and can accommodate 30/banquet style, 20/classroom style, 10/u-shape, hollow square, or conference style, and 40/theatre style.

Meeting Room II is 655 square feet and can accommodate 50/banquet style, 30/classroom style, 15/u-shape, hollow square or conference style, 70 theater style.

Combined, Meeting Room I & II is 1,147 square feet and can accommodate 80/banquet style, 40/classroom style, 25/u-shape, hollow square or conference style, and 110/theatre style, 30/classroom style, 28/u-shape and 32/conference style. 

(Capacities do not include space for food tables, D.J., dance floor, bar, etc.) 

All meetings come with a complimentary Executive Briefcase to ensure you have all the resources necessary for a successful meeting.

At Hyatt Place Chesapeake/Greenbrier, all meeting spaces provide complimentary wireless Internet, a flat-panel HDTV or LCD Projector & Screen and a dedicated meeting host to ensure that each and every one of your functions goes smoothly. A variety of state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment is available for rental including, but not limited to, flip chart/easel combinations, speaker, wireless microphone, speaker phone, and podium. Our Hyatt Place offers free Notary Service Monday – Friday 9am-5pm to our guests. Hyatt Place is also pleased to provide all meeting attendees with coplimentary notepads and pens.

Making reservations for your group has never been easier. We offer an exclusive online group booking page, featuring your personalized welcome message, group rate information and a custom reservation tool for guests to book their reservations.
